Director’s Message

Dear All,
Receive kindest greetings from Kings Schools. We hope and pray that all is well with you despite the diverse challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
 
We wish to thank God for all of you who have made tremendous strides in various aspects of life particularly in these extremely un-precedence times. We also wish to grieve with all those who have lost their dear ones due to Covid-19 and other illnesses. For those who have lost jobs, income and other critical assets, we pray that the good Lord compensates you in a way and measure that are even better than the losses you incurred.
 
As you could be aware, Kings School re-opened very well and we bless God’s holy name for that. As the Chairperson of the private schools and institutions Covid-19 taskforce, our Director – Mr. Joseph Kiggundu lead the struggle to engage government and other stakeholders on one hand, as well as preparing all private schools for the re-opening of the education sector. We thank God that this was successful as we now see a gradual but sure phased re-opening of various categories of the education sector. We believe and trust that by August 2021, all levels of education will be fully opened.
 
As a school, Kings has been able to evolve and adapt to the new normal. The school now enjoys an enhanced and improved environment characterized by improved classrooms, spacious and extremely hygienic dormitories, state of the art rest-rooms as well as enhanced hand-wash facilities in all corners of the school.
 
The new normal has also empowered our school community with advanced I.T skills as most of the school operations have been digitized. Apparently majority of teachers have been introduced to modern technologies in Education and the school is also in the process of implementing an integrated institutional Management system that is going to upgrade and ease all operations. No doubt once this is implemented, our school will stand out as a model and at the same will provide the critical technological exposure to all learners.
 
Going forward, we have finalized plans for expansion of the student residential facilities as well as putting in place all the necessary I.T infrastructure to upgrade our school to global standards as mentioned above.
 
Conclusively, we wish to thank all of you for supporting our school hence enabling us to grow from strength to strength. We wish to assure you all of our commitment to continuous innovation and seeking to serve you and all your children beyond expectation.
 
We pray that the good Lord keeps you in good health, blesses the work of your hands and enables you to maintain our children in the comfort of Kings Schools.
